Scissor-tailed FlycatcherI spent a few days in Oklahoma last week, and had several encounters with the Oklahoma state bird, Scissor-tailed Flycatcher. The bird pictured above had caught a nice fat insect. Shortly after I snapped the photo, it flew to a small tree and landed on a nest. It proceeded to feed the morsel to one of its youngsters.
